Scope: /ai-chat surfaces the live state of Trinity's xAI conversational model substrate — the xAI language models (probed live from api.x.ai/v1/language-models) that back Trinity's chat capability per [principle 13] xAI-is-the-substrate, plus each model's catalog state and the locked-model-of-record flag. It is a read-only model-substrate status surface — TrinityAO tiles are SSR state-aggregation surfaces, not a full interactive chat shell; running a live conversation is a separate, broader surface out of this tile's scope. Distinct from /grok-threads (Slice 22), which surfaces Trinity's Grok consultation-round history.
